- 1 fully-equipped kitchen (2-burner induction hob, combined grill and microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher) and plenty of utensils
- 1 Nespresso coffee machine with pods
- 1 kettle
- 1 raclette and pierrade maker
- 1 pancake maker
- 1 electric barbecue (in summer)
- 1 flat-screen TV
- 1 hairdryer

- A visitor parking space is available free of charge
- A private garage in the basement of the Residence is also available free of charge.

- An additional €100 cleaning fee payable directly to the concierge at check-in (including a personalised welcome, a member of staff on hand throughout your stay, cleaning, a few tea bags, coffee, 1 dishwasher tablet and bin liners).
