In the hamlet Pozzolo 2.4 km from the centre of Domaso, on the outskirts, 52 km from the centre of Como, 52 km from the centre of Lecco, 400 m from the lake. For shared use: outdoor shower. Narrow motor access. 200 m stepped path to the house. Public parking 200 m. Shop 800 m, supermarket 2.4 km, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 650 m, railway station "Colico" 15 km, pebble beach "Spiaggia 'Madonnina'" 1.2 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km. Marina 2.4 km, golf course (18 hole) 28 km. Nearby attractions: Villa Camilla - Domaso, Chiesa di San Bartolomeo, santuario della Madonna della Neve, Palazzo Gallio. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Hiking paths: Monte Berlinghera, Alpe Pighè, Livo-Crotto Dangri. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence.
