"Extremly dissapointing! No communication works, no replies by Roompot or landlord; wrong Information about Pool status and non usage. Further noisy Renovation work at neighbour Apartment. Very dirty bathrooms. Due to all this non customer oriented approach we had to shorten our stay by 2 days. Due to These circumstances we ecpect a compensation of 350,—. BR"
