The room was clean and the improvements being done to the property look like it's going to be even better. The staff worked long hours without complaint and were so positive. "Had a great time at this house in Dominical. We spent a week there. 2 min walk to the beach and 10 min to town. 1 min walk to supermarket. House is in pristine conditions and really well equipped with everything you need. Excellent beds and showers. Property managers are super friendly and always respond questions within minutes. 20 min drive to Uvita, Waterfalls, Horseback riding and many more things. Will stay there again if we go back to the area."

"Robert and Whit were incredibly kind hosts and offered great suggestions to make our stay most enjoyable. The restaurants they recommended did not disappoint! We really loved walking to town for meals via the beach when tide was low - a nostalgic feeling we’ll never forget. There are too many highlights to list, but the wildlife and scenery top our memories. However, the very best part of our stay is the most incredible beach, right out the back door (we learned this is quite uncommon for the area)! It’s stunning and we saw only a few people each day - it felt like our own private beach in paradise!"

"Great communication from Monica prior to our arrival.The house was all we expected it to be - super clean, laid out perfectly for multiple couples, the kitchen had everything you could want, and the location is perfect.3 couples enjoyed 10 days at the house, and it's situated where every night we had the perfect sunset (from the pool no less!) The pool guy came twice while we were there to make sure everything was good (cleaned pool, checked pH levels, etc)The kitchen was perfect! We prepared breakfast and dinner at the house almost every day (ate lunch out), at the table on the patio. There is a BM Supermarket about 3 minutes from the house and they have everything you could possibly need.The property is in a gated community and there was never a time we didn't feel safe. I saw a couple of old comments about safety and all I will say about that is they clearly didn't use the security features the owner has provided.From the porch/pool you will see Tucan's, Iguana's and Agouti's...hint, if you feed them banana's they will come every day. We also saw an anteater and a black squirrel.Downtown Dominical is 5 minutes away (gorgeous with plenty of great restaurants and shopping - and a tour company we did three tours with). Uvita is about 15-20 minutes south (don't miss the Whale's Tail!)I could go on forever, but if you are considering the Dominical/Uvita area, this is THE house!!"

"Very relaxing 8 days. Host was very accommodating. If you want you can walk everywhere in this beautiful little town. Grocery is steps away with everything you need. Rent a car for Waterfalls or jump on a bus... great place, would come back in a second."
