"We went for our honeymoon! The hotel is a bit older but well maintained. The staff work very hard to ensure the guests are well taken care of. There are frequent shuttles to get you from one side of the resort to another. The food and drink were top notch, every night we ate at a different restaurant but the main restaurant was still excellent.
The downsides; they suffer from the issue of an over growth of sargasm seaweed at the beach. The buildings are three floors and there are no elevators. Smoking is allowed in certain areas. There are some restaurants that do not require reservations but I would recommend you make them anyway because they are first come first serve and you can be waiting a while. You are supposed to have a personal butler assigned to you when you check in but ours wasn't very responsive maybe it was just us. Finally, the day after you check in, they will try to sell you on a H10 rewards package; they'll give you a free gift for your time but ours went on for maybe an hour or two. We were just over it by then. Overall a great experience. I would do it all over again."
