Upon arrival all towels were quite wet and rolled up at the end of the beds soaking wet. The pillows had barely any filling in them. Otherwise, clean and well stocked kitchen. "

On the check-in day, I got a message from them saying it was not available due to water damage, which is understandable. They offered me another apartment that they claimed to be the same as the one I booked with no extra cost.
