"Pros: The bedrooms are bigger than pictured, aircon works really well. Kitchen well equipped (although a bit small). Huge bbq and great patio overlooking Chia and the mountains which we sat out on all the time. Franco the host is super friendly and helpful, contactable by WhatsApp and very responsive. He even gave us a couple of gifts! There are a few restaurants in walking distance in Chia but booking advised. Great base for the beaches of southern Sardinia. "Well equipped house. Two bedrooms were downstairs and colder which was great as the average daily temperature was around 40°. Anyway A/C would be available throughout. There are many beaches nearby and it is a perfect place. Only small thing: the shown pool is not at the house but you needed to walk quite a bit. Thus we never used it. And Ivano was very responsive and helped us with recommendations for restaurants, beaches, boat rental etc. Would come again here."

"Pros: Abbiamo trascorso il Ferragosto in questa splendida villa e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti. La casa è perfetta per un gruppo di 8 persone, con spazi ampi e confortevoli. La piscina e il giardino sono curatissimi, ideali per rilassarsi e godersi la tranquillità. Nonostante la villa sia immersa nel verde e lontana dal caos cittadino, è a pochi minuti da tutti i servizi e le comodità. Un vero angolo di paradiso dove rigenerarsi. Consigliatissima!"

"Das Haus ist wirklich toll eingerichtet, super sauber und mit schönem Garten. Es fehlt an nichts, alle Zimmer klimatisiert, wunderschöne Veranda. Abseits der Massentouristen und in schöner und ruhiger Lage. Leider hatten wir über eine Woche kein warmes Wasser - die Vermieterin war jedoch steht’s bemüht das Problem zu lösen. Störend waren die Hunde in der Umgebung, welche bis tief in die Nacht gebellt und gejault haben. Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt und können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen. "

Refined independent villa for design lovers in the beautiful Chia bay

10/10 Excellent

"We had a great holiday. The house is very nicely located with a great view. We loved the swimming pool the water was perfect temperature. The beds are very comfortable and the house stays cool in warm temperatures. We loved the village near the house. The restaurant are very good especially the pizzeria Nico’s. We enjoyed the aperitivo at daddies bar. It was a very relaxing holiday and we are very grateful that we where allowed to bring our dogs. "

"Everything was super! Great hotel yards from a most beautiful beach! Fabulous swimming pool in beautifully maintained grounds! Loved the rooms and toiletries! Staff were fantastic, particularly Luca and Valentina on the front desk! Food and wine out of this world, and very sensibly priced! Couldn't recommend the hotel enough, what a find! "

"Communication with host was excellent. Our flight was late, we arrived at the villa at 11pm, it was not a problem. Both Diego and his lovely mother greeted us on our arrival, making us feel at home. Furthermore, Diego had made sure we had a selection of breakfast/lunch items available until we could go shopping, which was so helpful and appreciated. Diego was in touch throughout our stay making sure we were ok, offering to make bookings for us and recommending places to go/see. The villa is gorgeous, very relaxing and well equiped. The pool was amazing, cool and clean after a day out at the beach. The view from the villa is stunning. We loved our stay, thank you Diego. "
