"We enjoyed our stay and found the location perfect — spacious parking yet still close to the historic center and main attractions of Mérida, with affordable taxi fares into town. The staff were excellent, especially Cristina at reception, who made check-in smooth and helped arrange transportation. Our room was clean and housekeeping did a great job. The hotel could use a little more updating in some areas, but overall we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was basic, though the staff were friendly and attentive. "

"Parking is about 300 yds away, although you can unload your suitcases in a tight spot in front of the building just before the hotel. The rooms don’t have phone service to front desk. Only one trash can in bathroom, none in the room."

"I only stayed there for one night and really light the location and spacious rooms. It’s really close to most important attractions and historical areas, within short walks. That was the main reason I chose it and didn’t regret it. There’s also inside parking available at a cost, or you can park in the very safe neighborhood it’s located, for free I would eventually come back. "

"The property looks wonderful, but staying there was a mixed bag. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable; the layout is confusing and the coffee unacceptable. I wish that I enjoyed my stay there more than I actually did."

"Great staff, very clean, very modern, and all geared toward wheelchair users. Having breakfast (basically three factory-sealed pastries and a hot beverage) delivered on a trolley to your room was a first (and it felt rather like I was in my grandmother’s retirement home). Long walk into the historic area - but we loved exploring the area and the nearby Mesón El Pestorejo Los Eméritos was a fab fine for us - great food and local atmospere. "

"The property itself was nice however we had an elderly person with us and specifically requested a room on the bottom floor and they did not have it available. And we also put 3 people in our reservation and there were only 2 twin beds. Luckily they did bring one up but still made the poor old woman walk up stairs. The attendant was new, it was her first day so she had to call the owner for every single request, many of which they did not accommodate. And breakfast was just a piece of toast. Nothing else."

"Excellent apartment with balcony and enough catering facilities for our stay. On-site parking and easy walk to the centre of Mérida. The complex is new and super clean and appointed. Would really recommend "
