"We were just passing through and needed a place to stay for the night. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. the room was clean with just some minor stains on the sofa. The staff were helpful and got us an extra pillow when we asked. If you need a dark room to sleep, bring a sleep mask. I forgot mine and it was a bit bright, but I was still able to sleep. Just some information to help prepare someone, not a complaint at all! This hotel is close to everything we needed for the night and next morning, which was super helpful. We were also glad that the breakfast was more than cereal and bread! Having protein options for breakfast meant we didn't have to go buy breakfast. We'll stay there again if we're going through Council Bluffs. It was an excellent experience."

"The view of the river is worth a room with a view! If you want to enjoy the view even more, choose a patio river view room. The pool area is closed unless it is summer. I truly wish the hot tub could be open in the spring and fall. The restaurant is a must, excellent food and great staff."

"This is the noiset hotel I have ever stayed in. The phones in the room did not work, (I put in 2 trouble reports about this). You could hear everyword the next room saying. Had to comfront them about this. The evening shift staff member could careless about what I pass on to him. For me this hotel will not be on my list to stay at in furture travels. "

"Great property in a nice neighborhood. Easy access to activities and dining. If you have kids under 5 you will need to put away the breakable decor. Nice fenced yard and a playground within walking distance."

"Noisy refrigerator, I mean extremely noisy, it sounded like a farm truck. The room door swelled when it opened. It was so hard to get it after inserting the key card. I had to line-back my shoulder into it to open it. Need ice? Nope, they told me to go to the Holiday Inn which is also owned by IHG. Their ground level ice-machine was broke and I had to go to the 3rd floor."

"Parking was easy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. However the pool was out of order for repair. The only working ice maker was on the 3rd floor. Shower pressure was awful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was just ok. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO. The home was spotless and stocked with every essential we could possibly need, which made settling in effortless. The beds were incredibly comfortable, easily some of the best we’ve had in a rental, and everyone slept great. The location was perfect, close to tons of activities and easy to get around without any hassle. Overall, it was the ideal home base for our trip, and we’d love to stay again."

"My stay was great! Staff was very accommodating. Only problem was checking in. I was the only one checking in and it took about 30 minutes due to computer issues. They worked diligently and finally got me in my room. Definitely will stay here again!"
