"Well, This hotel is not a 4 star by any means, Staff is very good no doubt, they helped me when needed, But there travel Desk Trying to Rip me off whenever they got chance, this time india was suffring from Demonatization and i needed to book Taxi from hotel only due to cash Crunch, but They charge me every time Heavy sum. Even on last day when i needed to go airport they charge me for a taxi for whole Day!!!!, So overall felt cheated ! Lights in night get of every time they needed to...

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around, and the breakfast had a great variety of fresh options. Good breakfast buffet each morning, variety of options for dinner too if choosing to eat at the hotel. Some decoration work ongoing during stay. Gym present, smaller than expected however. "

"This was our fifth stay here — and we loved every bit of it! Even though the staff has completely changed since our last visit, the warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism remain top-notch. The food is absolutely delicious — they even tailor it to your preferences, which is a lovely touch. "Stayed for 4 nights at the property. Had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was good, location is excellent. All Rooms are pool facing, views from some of the rooms are spectacular. The staff is also very friendly, specially the room service and parking guards. Did not face any issues coming back late night also.Highly Recommended for north Goa stay as it is located conveniently near all the insta recommended cafés and bars😀"
