"Staff very courteous, friendly, and efficient. Breakfast well above average - freshly cooked omelette to order, waffles and pancakes. Clean room and bathroom. Fridge and safe in room. Construction in area, so access was a bit more complex. It’s a downtown location, so don’t be an idiot. Some bars and clubs across the street if you want to get a beer and some pub food. "

"Top notch service from check in to check out. My family enjoyed the massage chair, the breakfast is great specially the egg station. A shout out to Tina at the breakfast area, she keeps the breakfast station organized and clean. We will definitely come back when we come back to Nashville. "

"This hotel has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had accidentally booked my room for the wrong dates, and hotels.com was unable to assist so I reached out directly to the hotel who was prompt, understanding, and courteous. When we arrived we needed additional bedding for all of our kids and they were there delivering everything we needed within minutes. After we checked out the next morning we realized one of one kids left a sentimental pillow, and the staff located it and is shipping it back to us. It will be back home before we are thanks to their quick and helpful support. Cannot say enough good things. Thank you to all the staff at this hotel! "
