"Nice quiet and clean hotel in a quiet location. They have a private beach about 4K away. We used to go there every day for lunch. They also have a free shuttle running twice a day I think. The bed was nice, the pillows, you have a choice of large or small. They are both lovely pillows to sleep on your head just sinks into them, for total comfort. Whoever ordered them needs a promotion, because they made our stay so much better. Sick of trying to sleep on hard Vietnamese pillows that most hotels seem to have. Will definitely stay again when next in Vietnam."

"I am gonna rate five stars for all. Just only thing which makes me rate 4 star is that the staff has authorised a maintenance guy to enter into my room without my consent due to miscommunication, which is unacceptable. The other thing is room is not sound proof enough as during the night kids and drunken tourists are so annoyed, which can be fixed. Otherwise, all is good for me. Good location, good restaurants are nearby, easy to access to anywhere in Quy Nhon, and staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommended."

"Mostly clean and really nice for couples. Staff was very helpful, scale available in room for convenience. A lot of events taking place at the hotel, can make the elevators take longer. Cons: Breakfast had limited options and was ok. Not what we expected a 5 star hotel to be like, there were little things were weird. The bathtub was not leveled not allowing the water to drain properly. Overall not bad, would come again: 4.54 stars"

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to the beach. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"this is my second time staying at Grand Hyams. We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel upgraded our family room to the suite and we really enjoyed the extra living room space. AC and temp was always on point for the hot summer days in Quy Nhon. convenient location right at beach front for swimming and enjoying drinks at the beach. staff was always helpful in Vietnamese and English since I am bilingual, I switch back and forth and the staff always knew what I needed. So glad this hotel is in my hometown and making visits home so much more enjoyable."
