"Clean and modern.
Staff understand Mandarin and some Cantonese
Staff understand zero English. I repeat, staff do not understand English.
Had some issues with understanding the reservation and finding the confirmation number.
Room AC was extremely slow.
Breakfast isn't included but the breakfast was also modern and tasty."

"I accidentally left my two belts in my room. I hadn’t realized until 20 hours after I checked out. A person named Nina was so helpful and accommodating. The hotel is spotless and clean. The breakfast is always good."
