"The lobby of the hotel is beautiful but no chair for you to sit and wait for your ride to arrive. All the chairs are inside the bar or coffee shop which you need to buy food. The sound proofing of the room is also bad, I could hear very clearly of people talking outside my room. The location of the hotel is good and near train station with good choice of food nearby."

"Front desk staff were very helpful and spoke English. It was lovely that tea and coffee were provided in the lobby. The room was big and beds comfy. It was close to the main street - so much food and shops around and the train was close by. Would definitely stay here again."

"The only thing is the swimming pool requires you to wear a swimcap and the person selling it only has a personal Alipay account not a business one so you can't pay via Alipay if you only have credit cards uploaded. And you can't add a bank card unless you have a Chinese bank account."

"I love this hotel... everything is super smart especially my favourite Xiao Du. I love the shower and the auto toilet bowl... hahahhaha. Hotel is just opposite the Guomao metro station, Exit A. Nice boutique hotel with a square infront of hotel, where local folks dancing there in the evening. Lots of food around the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Laundry operates 24 hours (Panasonic) but please bring your own washing detergent. Breakfast is good. Coffee is good! Bed is comfortable. I will stay in Mien Bias again the next time i visit Shenzhen..."
