Great property in a beautiful location with lots of restaurants and bars around . Breakfast was always great and the staff def. Made us feel super welcome and they helped with anything we needed they all speak English really well , great hospitality from all of them . We will be back for sure ! Thank you guys!

An excellent hotel in Beijing! The concierge team was outstanding, going above and beyond to secure entrance tickets to various sights of interest for us, which can be tricky for foreigners to do on their own. They were also super helpful in booking taxis, making our transportation hassle-free. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a large selection of both Chinese and Western items. The staff were incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain the different foods and how to enjoy...

The hotel is good, clean and comfortable. Breakfast ample. WiFi not that good, slow and restricted. Knowledge of English of the staff should improve. Though they use an on-line translator, it would be easier to make understand directely.

The room was spacious and the loft bed was really neat and comfortable. They even have an air purifier in the the room. The breakfast was really good and so was the dinner and affordable too. It was pretty central as well. I would stay there again if I go back to beijing!

I wasn't able to connect to my corporate VPN via hotel wifi due to extremely slow speed. But other than that, the hotel is a great deal for the amount of money I paid. Very happy overall.

Excelent hotel with a superb location. The only thing to improve could be the attention at the front desk wit a better attitude towards the guests and a better command of the english language.

If you have never been to Beijing I highly recommend this hotel. It is a great location, right in front of a subway station and very central. The staff is great and 90% speak English. The rooms are good and the gym is very well equipped. The food is excellent. Overall I had a great stay!

Muy buen hotel, situado en calle peatonal muy turística, y con acceso por carretera a 100metros. Nos quedamos en una habitación con terraza, y super bien, tranquilo y limpio. Además te hacen la limpieza de ropa gratis, todo un lujo hoy en día.

I recommend this hotel. The only problem was that I took a reservation for 3 people in an executive suite and, when arrived the only room available had only one bed. ??. I ask for the other bed and They said that the bed have an extra cost.??. Finally, after a discussion, they did not charged the extra cost. I don´t know if the problem is from Expedia or from the hotel, but it is not logical a booking for 3 people with only one bed.

Great experience for Beijing ! A quaint boutique hotel located in one of the Beijing Hutongs, it offered us a unique local flavored experience. The facilities are traditional Chinese, with wooden floors and rustic themed rooms. However, rooms are fully equipped with everything you need. They also have cute little balconies from where you can drink tea while transporting yourself back in time. The staff was the best part. Very nice, always available and catering to our every need. Good: - staffs are frienly, knowledgable and speaks english reasonably well - very artsy vibe with modern chinese flavor. Recently renovated - clean room - good breakfast buffet for 20rmb (3 bucks) - eye opening experince of seeing how locals live in hutong - 5-10 min walk to subway line 5 - in central beijing. Houhai quick taxi ride away (only 14rmb) Bad: - my driver without gps had trouble finding it

Location is great. Walking distances to breakfast, shopping and more. However, we were disappointed on cleanliness for the room. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. however, we saw blood stain in bathtub, and it were there all 3 nights we stayed..

There is a lot of competition for hotels in Beijing. This one lives up to its status as a luxury hotel. The decor is spectacular, filled with lacquer, silk, and original artwork. The staff is incredibly professional. I did have a problem with the wifi and the staff went out of their way to solve the problem. And the location is really good, not far from historical/cultural sites, restaurants, and a metro stop.

staff spoke great english were more than willing to help me rent a taxi to the great wall and other needs. free breakfast included very clean comfortable rooms with nice design to them

I will say that if you’re expecting a 5 star hotel like the states, you’re in for a surprise. The lobby and outside is currently undergoing construction and the lobby just feels a bit drab. HOWEVER, the room is quite new and it’s very comfortable. In addition, the staff is EXCELLENT. They assisted me with weighing my bags, packing it up, and even bringing it up and down to my room. I would say I feel like I’ve gotten better service here than some of the traditional 5star Hiltons or Marriott’s....

Beijing was our first leg of a China trip so we were still completely uncomfortable with the language barrier. The staff (especially Mark in concierge) spoke English well so that we could ask for assistance and advice. Staff throughout the stay are extremely nice... always smiling. There is so much included in this hotel above and beyond the gorgeous decor and clean rooms. You could go the whole stay without paying for a meal (please tip the amazing staff though) because there is free breakfast...
