"My colleagues and I arrived late evening for check in after a long flight and taxi ride from ICN. I was greeted by Ms. Jamie Lee for check in and both her and her co-worker were exceptional ! It is nice to have a friendly, patient team help get you to your room after a long day of travel. I would recommend this hotel anytime."

"Amazing staff. They provided late checkout upon request and were able to store my luggage for me for a few hours even after checkout. Room was good, but the bathroom could do with some work. The shower stall water was slow to drain and the bathroom door was a little stiff. "

"Slightly older property but well maintained and clean. Ended up booking amother night here because we wanted to stay until EverLand closed. Shuttle is small but we were able to get spots on it for the next day. It runs from 930 - 2000. We took a taxi back to the hotel from EverLand since we stayed past 2000. Staff is very nice and helpful! There is a hill that u need to walk up to get Building A and B. B is further back. There was an English speaking staff member."
