"Katie was a wonderful host. Communication was quick and easy. The house was newly built, and absolutely spotless. It was very nice that the house had all the little things already there. Kitchen utensils, bathroom supplies, and the beds were comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay. Only a few minute drive down to the water. I was happy to find a house that would allow a one night stay during the weekend. 10/10"
