We paid a premium nightly rate at Hotel Pansion Villa Antonio and were treated to awful service, uncleaned rooms, and aggressive behavior from the staff. The Transfer Bullying: We booked our airport transfer using a legitimate booking link sent to us directly by Expedia. Soon after, we spoke to a booking agent for the property who gave us an absolute attitude because we hadn’t booked...

"This was just what I wanted from a one night stay in Ploče. Great and convenient location close to shops, restaurants and transport, large clean room with effective A/C, friendly and helpful staff and an incredible view from my room. I slept in exceptionally well."

"The property can be qualified at most as an 1 star facility , maybe 2 because the bathrooms are clean and significantly run down . For example the rooms have no fridge , no ice machine in the hallways ( that smell strongly like cigarettes smoke ) , the head of the bed has the plug in the place where you will try to lay back and the light gets on and off depending how you lay . The staff is so poorly educated about the way they should do their job ."

"This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...
