"Stipe Residence was perfect for our Split stay! The room was spacious with a great bathroom, and the AC worked tremendously well. Bus stop is just steps away (used it frequently to get around downtown Split) and there is a beach is right across the street with tons of restaurants along it. Location can't be beat - everything you need within walking distance, including a market. Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Split!"

"Wonderful property with a lovely pool area. The apartment was clean and modern and well maintained. Plenty of parking spaces at property if you want to rent a car. 5 minute walk to a well stocked shop, and 10 mins walk to the sea front which has plenty of bars and restaurants. Overall would recommend and I would visit again. "

"The location of this property is excellent. Easy walking distance to all of the old town and the ferry, if you want to travel to the islands. Our only problem with the apartment was the bathroom is quite small."

"I was the first guest this season and was greeted by the owner that with a smile showed me around the place long after midnight. Except that there are very few sockets like to charge your phone by the bed she has put a lot of effort into the place (so much that I had to hide a lot of the artsy pieces so I would not bump into them). But be aware this place is in the middle of where people live that will wake up early. Close your window if you want to be slightly loud and if you want to be loud...
