A good stay at this hotel. The lady on reception, Miriam, was very helpful, spoke perfect English and nothing was too much trouble. A very good nights’ sleep. A lot of people at breakfast but plenty to go round, and again, a very efficient service. Well done. Merci beaucoup.

The room smelt of cigarette smoke and it was obviously a know issues as the window had been open as the room temperature was the same as out side. Other than that the staff were amazing and made my visit a pleasure. Warm smiles and welcoming whenever I passed, Even before I informed them of my problem. The manager should congratulate the staff on their customer service.

We have been looking for a hotel midway between our home in Northumberland UK and our second home near Valencia Spain for our regular trips. This hotel is perfect for us. Secure car parking and we can arrive late with a pre arranged entry code. The hotel is very well presented, nice gardens to the rear of the property, rooms are super clean, comfortable bed, big TV, hot shower and toiletries, coffee and tea facilities. We didn’t try breakfast but will next time.

Il faisait très froid dans la chambre. Il aurait été préférable de déclencher le chauffage avant mon arrivée pour éviter d'attendre au moins deux bonnes heures que la pièce se réchauffe.

Séjour pour le travail un peu décevant, hôtel mal insonorisé. J'ai pas pu dormir jusqu'à tard le soir et réveillé très tôt le matin. Climatisation très bouillante aussi. Niveau propreté, petit déjeuner et accueil c'est plutôt bien
