"What can I say!!!! Best hotel, Amazing service from check in staff who are amazing and welcoming. They are super helpful and friendly. The manager was amazing, so helpful and accommodating . She helps , and pay attention to little details to make your time great and always with a smile . Restaurant staff were amazing and attentive. Management is superb , and waiters are very highly trained to make guests feel special. Egor was great in particular as he is fast , attentive, and super friendly. We have been coming here for the 4 th time now as it is great and upscaled. It is part of the i prefer hotels . Only my gps keeps taking me to a different location thinking we arrived, but the street is closed. Restaurants, breakfast, dinner, lunch all had great selections. They even arranged couple massages for us on the panoramic terrace. Over all it is 10 out of 10."

"Excellent resort place in Italy. It’s small hotel, old building, very well maintained. Located in small town has everything you need for relax and quiet environment around. A lot of potential activities around: great swimming pool outside, private beach at the sea with restaurants and bar. Great spa with caves style seawater pools with different temperatures, jets massage options and special massages and skin treatments. Excellent service all around. Huge park area nearby for morning walks or biking. Great breakfast, good restaurants around. Very friendly staff, English speaking. I would be happy to recommend this place to all my friends and family."

"Situation in the countryside was beautiful and the building looks good. Unfortunately the first room we were offered was musty and very uninviting with only the front patio doors letting light in. Fortunately the reception found another room in a more pleasant part of the hotel with easy access. Again the room had character with the aged furniture however the mattress on the bed needs replacing. Breakfast was adequate and we did not eat in the restaurant . Did have 4 stars, no doubt because of the facilities however suggest at the moment I would rate it lower. Reception staff were very helpful however would suggest a need for improvements. "

"We have stayed in numerous locations throughout Europe, but this has been our favorite stay so far. The accommodations are beautiful, unique with charm and character and yet exceptionally clean and modern. Elena from the front desk was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and had a very nice quality & variety to it. This somewhat remote (12 mins from Rosignano Solvay-Castiglioncello) is quiet, well-maintained and has everything you need for a lovely vacation. There is a guest laundry on the premises that comes with soap and wash and dry for 7.5 Euro"
