"Absolute luxury in a perfect location. From top to bottom, every service member is kind and helpful - they are trained to make life easy for guests. That is extremely hard to find these days. Kid's club is great but they can work on supervision and ensuring kids don't go wandering. Other than that, this is one of the best resorts I've ever stayed at. Well worth the money. I highly recommend."

"Shared the deluxe suite with my son and brother during round trip from Krakow to Budapest. The suite was fantastic. 3 separate rooms - 2 upstairs. Very clean with fantastic amenities in the room. Breakfast was ok - Nothing special. Staff helpful and thankfully 24hr service desk. A lot of places in nearby towns appear shut late at night."
