I had not received any online communication wrt combination for key box and subsequently had to try to talk to TravelNest who were apparently the booking agent even though I booked through Hotels.Com. "Great location, settled in the hillside. Friendly owners who would do anything to help. Lovely lodge for a quiet escape and chill in the hot tub. Used the pool and sauna for a small fee, which was clean and lots of fun."
