"I’ve stayed here every year for the RenFaire for the past 4 years. The front desk staff is always accommodating and everything is kept clean. The rooms are spacious and being able to walk over to get quick snacks and food is helpful too!"

"Check in process was quick & easy and staff was very friendly and informative. Lobby was very inviting. We stayed on the 4th floor. Views out the window were awesome! There was even a telescope at the large window so you could see out to the river and look at the fall foliage. Our room was very clean and was as expected. I didn’t feel it was outdated, as other reviews suggested. The grounds are beautiful. Hotel is nice and secluded but a short drive to many local events. "

"The staff were very helpful - answered question. I checked in a day early, didn't have to move to another room. The only thing I found questionable was that the continental breakfast wasn't free and the choices were limited. I had coffee and a danish and yogurt for $18. Was not displeased with that."

"We didn’t do breakfast. Staff is very nice and efficient. Some construction going on in the lobby, but didn’t disturb anyone. Nice stay we would recommend. "
