"Your just a couple mins from the town Doolin, the ferry to Aran Islands, Doolin Cave, the cliffs of Mohr, and Gus O'Conners. This place was massive and the beds were very comfortable. There were 3 living room areas. Extremely large kitchen to cook a large family meal if you want. Gas station right at the bottom of the hill. You cannot hear or "sea" the neighbors. The sunset is fantastic from thus overlooking the ocean. You are probably 6 mins from downtown Doolin. Plenty of parking and a ramp into the house. Take the ferry roundtrip to Inis Mor, come back on the 415 boat and then hit the 5pm doolin ferry cliff cruise. Would definetly stay here again. Cons: The internet wifi did not work while we were there, but we were only there between dinner and breakfast daily as we were out exploring out exploring. The washer and dryer seemed to be undersized for compared to the American versions so you will do way more loads so plan your time accordingly. These are pretty close to the same sizes we have encountered in other properties in Europe. Needs a sign at the end of the driveway with the house name. We had a plumbing issue upon arrival but we had to immediately leave for dinner anyway and when we returned they had resolved it, it must have been a super easy fix ."

"Nice little place on the main street of Lahinch. Staff were very friendly, plenty of nice pubs along the street and the breakfast was also very good. Also only ~15 minute drive to the cliffs and a small beach to stroll along right down the block. Would definitely stay here again if staying in the area in the future. "

"Outstanding stay! Property is comfortable and quiet. Room was large and well appointed for three golfers. The owner, David, was incredibly helpful and attentive. He arranged travel to and from downtown and golf during our three day stay — he actually drove us himself early one morning. We had also arranged for a car service to drive us from Ballybunion to Lahinch, but they showed up in a small vehicle and we had three set of golf clubs luggage. David solved our problem by quickly arranging a van, which met us on property within 20 mins. Life saver!! Can’t recommend the Tides more highly!"

"Castle View House was pristine! We all loved watching the cows from our windows and walking around the beautiful property. The house was very well stocked with all that we could need to cook a few meals and take care of the family on vacation. Our host, Sally, left us bread, milk, eggs and some essentials to get us started upon arrival. We felt very welcomed and comfortable!"
