The street wS quiet and centrally located with a Wal-Mart and several different food establishments nearby. There is a train that runs a ahort distance away but it didn't bother any of us. "Upon arriving we were absolutely in love with the view and the seclusion of the property. The pictures were very accurate of Oasis. The cleanliness was outstanding! The AC works amazingly well in the house!! We loved spending our days in the pool the evenings were spent in the hot tub and pool along with lots of star gazing. "While I appreciate the contact from the host both during our stay and beforehand the house was dirty upon arrival and there was a very unpleasant odor. The floors, bathrooms and general wiping of surfaces needed attention. The bedding appeared to be freshly laundered. The host contacted me within the first 24 hours, I did not mention it thinking that at that point what could be done…in addition there are some rotting boards on the deck which could cause injury if someone were to step on that...
