"This property was close to perfect for our large family. It was spacious and clean. The neighborhood was questionable. Upon arriving, we determined the main living area A/C was leaking badly onto the floor and chair. We had to turn it off and contacted the host. Unfortunately, no one ever came to fix the A/C during our stay. Luckily each bedroom had an A/C unit, so we were able to stay comfortable even without the main living area A/C. "Really cute 1 room apartment! Really neat building that offered a communal rooftop deck and cool-water jacuzzi. Although the room had all basic amenities, there is a full communal kitchen if you need to do more serious food prepping/cooking. The building is pink which was really fun for our small children. The area is nice but not a ton of restaurants walking distance, although UberEats, taxis, Ubers are available. No parking on premises but we got lucky with free street parking, right out...

"Our Vrbo was lovely, easy to find & spacious. Our host, Lindsey, was easy to reach & answered in a timely manner. We had private accommodations which included the kitchen, bathroom, living & dining room. We were very comfortable. A light breakfast was included on the top floor common area & deck.
