"Highly recommend this property. Hosts were professional and communicative. The property was pristine and well-equipped. The beds and bedding were super comfortable. Best of all, it is located walking distance to the center. It is off-street parking but we found parking directly across from the home. If you do require parking, common sense, arrive during off-peak times (daytime). We greatly appreciated them accepting dogs. The river is nearby so we were able to take them on nice walks. "très beau lieu de vacances un bémol pas d'état des lieux en entrant et en sortant de la location ce qui est dommage car manque de matériel , qui a du disparaitre au fil des vacanciers… Ce lieu mériterait un coup de neuf avec une augmentation de la location, très bien placé pour faire connaissance de la region. "Ci joint un extrait de la réponse adressée au prestataire.Particulièrement déçus des prestations nous avons devancé notre départ. Un lave vaisselle H S déposé dans un coin de la cuisine, moquette du séjour tachée, déchirée, poussiéreuse, couverts en nombre insuffisant, disparates,( la maison est prévue pour 8 personnes ? ) ménage indigne par rapport au coût demandé 90 euros ? éclairage extérieur ne fonctionnant pas, aucun présent d'accueil,( une boîte de pastilles Vichy n'est pas onéreuse)...

"Positives: Well-priced, well-situated hotel. Decent restaurant with good choices. Very good restaurant staff who were charming, despite being overworked and going flat out. Pleasant room, comfortable bed. Water dispenser in the corridor a very good idea. Good shower. Good breakfast. Negatives: air conditioning clearly not up to the job of a full hotel in 38'. My complaint was treated with more or less a shrug as the receptionist condescendingly told me it was hot (really??), that the hotel was full (and..?), and that it would cool down eventually (after about 6 hours it did). Pillows awful, great thick artificial things, very uncomfortable. Disappointing not to have a walk-in shower. Difficult for both of us to climb in and out of very deep bathtub to use shower, especially with no handles or bars or a non-slip mat. You would never see this in England and I'm amazed it is legal in France. I would stay here again, but only with a walk-in shower."

"Stunning place, a wow experience only minus was the 10 euro breakfast you can't eat it in the restaurant, it gets brought to you in the bar lobby. I am gluten intolerant so I got a coffee and an apple brought. Felt expensive for 10 euros. It was a shame as this was the last experience we walked away with. Hotel please look at this rules not being able to eat in brasserie like 19 euro breakfast especially when it is half empty as it was when we went, it let's down your amazing place. Overall as everything else was superb i would recommend this place to anyone though."

"Personnels très serviables le petit déjeuner était super bon et bien complet. Et pour le spa il n’y a rien à dire les informations sur les différent massages sont clair elles nous aident à bien choisir en fonction des besoins. En revanche le grand bain reste relativement froid aussi bien au mois de juin que au mois de février à mon précédent passage ."
