"The staff was very nice. The pool area is nice but several large groups were there at the same time. So the pool was packed with bigger kids and it was hard for my toddler grandkids to enjoy it. However, I would stay here again!"

Because this is an older facility, it is difficult to keep the common areas warm & cozy when the winter outside temp is unreasonably cold. Rather than becoming disgruntled about this, I truly appreciated the staff alerting us of this upon arrival & they were very willing to please us with space heaters as needed. Would stay again if having to attend an event in Medford."
