"The check in was a little strange. No one appeared at the desk for five minutes, even though more than one party was waiting. Then, when the clerk appeared he joked around and made small talk chatting with the first group even after he gave them a room key, even though someone else was obviously waiting to get into a room.
The other staff members were great.
The management needs to move the ice machine away from its current proximity to the rooms. I was awakened several times during the night with the noise of the machine and the loud conversations. If I had been planning to stay more than one night, I would have requested another room."
