"Adorable vintage room - felt like I was staying at home rather than a hotel. Air conditioning was very cold. Hotel staff was kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
However, I did wish the blanket was a little thicker and that the bathrooms were a little cleaner. Some light fixtures also needed fixing. Good stay overall"
Charming house on wooded acreage near Sackett Lake with high speed internet, AC
10/10 Excellent
"This is a very large home with two living areas and a nice sized deck. We liked that it was very close to Sackett Lake, a short and mostly shady walk! Hot in Medford, we visited late in July, but the air conditioning in the house kept it comfortable. The house was very clean and the bed linens were soft with smooth sheets. Also, we appreciated the summertime layers and noticed extra blankets in the closet in case you visit during cooler weather. The water was smelly, both hot and cold, a sulfur smell? We bought bottled water, which is pretty much the norm when we travel, anyways. We would visit again."
"Really enjoyed our stay here. Communication with host was excellent, check-in process easy, and cabin matches the VRBO listing. Cabin was roomy with lots of space to hang out (screened porch was our favorite place to play games) as well as making smores over a campfire at night. Cabin is located in a quiet area but has two bar/grill restaurants less than 4 minutes away (Friday fish fry at Hooked on Outboards was classic Wisconsin and delicious). Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future."
