"I stayed at the original Futuro more than 10 years ago. The Duo is equally as good. The guys on reception helped me book taxis as my UK phone didn't work with the Yandex app. Daily housekeeping was to a high standard and breakfast was varied each day. The location is great for getting to Ala Archa and downtown is walkable. I would stay again. "

Check in took a long time though, the same two people kept tending to one customer at a time whike several guests waited; but perhaps they were having computer issues. I would recommended this hotel.
