We spent beautiful 9 nights in Giorgio’s apartment. Everything was perfect, from greeting to the last day in there.We had everything we needed and even more. Linens and towels were changed in the mid of our stay. Giorgio showed us all best places around what saved our time and money. No problem with water or bathroom, all worked fine. Enjoyed so much. Will definitely come back! Recommended.

We enjoyed our 10-day stay at Giorgio’s place very much. He is a very kind and warm host who welcomed us with some typical solving and bread of Sardegna. The house is very well located in walking distance (down a hill) to the beach. The city center can also be reached by walking in 20 min, or by car in 5 minutes. The town of Cala Gonone is very cute and calm with some good restaurants. We have also visited a lot of beautiful beaches and caves close by (with car). I can highly recommend this place! :)

We stayed in Giorgio’s apartment for 9 nights. It’s a lovely place with a spacious terrace, many plants and a real highlight is the view of the sea! The accommodation has everything you need and was very clean. We were warmly welcomed by Giorgio and his daughter who were so kind and gave us a ride in their car to show us the nearby beaches, the supermarkets, their favourite restaurants and gelaterias in the small but sweet town Cala Ganone. Giorgio was available for us whenever we needed anything or had questions. The location of the apartment was perfect, we had our own car with us and were able to drive to beautiful spots within 10 minutes - to the beach, to climbing spots, hiking starting points, supermarkets, etc. A big recommendation for Giorgio’s apartment!

Even after two full weeks we are sad to be leaving this wonderful property and town. We had a perfect stay from start to finish. Giorgio and his daughter, Juana, are amazing hosts (they even helped me practice my Italian). The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It was cool even during the hottest days which we really appreciated after returning from the beach and the AC also works very well. We will definitely be back (hopefully very soon). This was such a memorable stay. Tips: while there is a lovely restaurant that is an easy walk from the apartment, Cala Gonone is otherwise very hilly so I would recommend a car to make it easier to get around (no issues with parking and there was always a spot right outside the property). If you want, Giorgio will give you plenty of tips for restaurants and beaches in the area (and the best gelateria) but you should definitely plan to book a boat trip to visit some of the other amazing beaches in the area. Giorgio et sa fille sont des hôtes charmants et d'une exceptionnelle gentillesse. La maison est très fonctionnelle parfaite pour 4 personnes, avec une terrasse très agréable, au milieu des plantes luxuriantes. De plus elle est située dans une impasse, en bordure d'une chênaie, donc au calme absolu, en hauteur (vue sur mer), à quelques encablures du village, de la plage, des sentiers de randonnées ou des sites d'escalades. Wir hatten das Glück, bei Giorgio und seiner Tochter zu wohnen, und können nur schwärmen! Beide haben uns von Anfang an herzlich empfangen und mit einem Bier willkommen geheißen, während sie uns die wichtigsten Informationen über Cala Gonone gegeben haben. Giorgio hat uns Tipps zu kostenlosen Parkplätzen, den besten Restaurants und den schönsten Stränden gegeben – einfach unbezahlbar! Man kann die schönsten Strände von dieser Unterkunft sehr schnell erreichen. Unsere Highlights: Spiaggia Ziu Santoru (zu Fuß - 1h) Cala Luna (zu Fuß - 2h) Spiaggia di Cartoe (mit dem Auto - 20min) Die Wohnung selbst war makellos sauber und bestens ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts: Von Gewürzen über Öl und Essig bis hin zu allem, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders toll: Wir durften die frischen Kräuter aus Giorgios Garten verwenden – ein echtes Highlight. Das Apartment bietet reichlich Platz, inklusive Parkmöglichkeiten. Es stehen außerdem ein Wäscheständer, Liegestühle und ein Grill zur Verfügung, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Sogar Sonnenschirme konnten wir von Giorgio bekommen, und generell gilt: Wenn man etwas braucht, einfach fragen – Giorgio ist immer zur Stelle und hilft gerne weiter. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt perfekt, und es gab absolut nichts auszusetzen. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Giorgio. Toll waren vor allem die Klimaanlage, die Fenstergitter gegen Schnaken, die Waschmaschine und die tolle Außenbereich mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten und großem Grill. Blick direkt auf das Meer. Die Betten und Kissen waren ebenfalls gut, sowie die Ausstattung der Küche. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Giorgio und seiner Tochter! Man wurde freundlich empfangen mit einem Getränk und „dolci“. Sie waren immer bereit Auskunft und Tipps zu geben, keine Frage war zu viel. Eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft! Wir kommen wieder!

We zijn heel erg gastvrij ontvangen. Giorgo nam de tijd om ons wegwijs te maken in de omgeving en vertelde ons over alle mooie plekjes. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en is erg schoon. Trovare un difetto di questa splendida vacanza è impossibile!!! Il barcecue , il giardino e il patio esterno sono il Top!! Casa completa di tutto , pulizia perfetta ed accessori super nuovi ( stendini , valigetta barbecue etc.) Giorgio , l'artefice di tutto ciò , coccola gli ospiti facendoli sentire come a casa propria....il racconto delle sue avventure di vita allietano le giornate e le serate in sua compagnia , e qualche volta dei cinghiali :) , sono uniche!! Grazie di tutto con affetto sincero a chi ha lasciato nella splendida terra Sarda un pezzetto del proprio cuore !!!

Esperienza indimenticabile nell'appartamento di Giorgio a Cala Gonone. L'appartamento è accogliente e il giardino offre un piacevole spazio di relax. Giorgio è super disponibile e ci ha fatto sentire come di famiglia. Grazie a lui abbiamo conosciuto non soltanto i luoghi ma anche tanti aspetti della cultura sarda che non conoscevamo. Diese Ferienwohnung ist eine absolute Empfehlung – ganz besonders wegen des hervorragenden Gastgebers. Man merkt, dass Giorgio mit dem Herzen dabei ist. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Wohnung und die Küche sind gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Der Außenbereich ist schön und groß, ideal um im Freien zu frühstücken. Parkplätze hat es direkt vor der Haustüre. Es war unser vierter Aufenthalt in Cala Gonone und dieses Apartment war mit Abstand das schönste. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Danke Giorgio, für die herzliche Aufnahme und die Gastfreundschaft!

Sehr ruhige Unterkunft mit großem gepflegten Außenbereich unter schattigen Steineichen, mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten und Meerblick von der Terrasse. Letztes Haus in einer Sackgasse, dahinter Steineichenwald und Macchia mit wildem Rosmarin. Wohung sehr sauber und geräumig, Vermieter Giorgio ist Hobbygärtner und wohnt zur Straße hin im selben Haus. Super nett und gastfreundlich. Hat uns am Anreisetag (Sonntag)mit Lebensmitteln ausgeholfen und war stets für ein Gespräch zu haben (italienisch).Viele saubere Strände in der Nähe, aber Anfahrt mit PKW zu empfehlen, da die Hanglage des Ortes den Rückweg zur Unterkunft anstrengend macht.

Giorgio è diventato da subito un amico, di una gentilezza e disponibilità disarmante. Check in con omaggio di due piatti di frutta fresca, pane guttiau e pasticcini sardi di benvenuto. L'appartamento è meglio dal vivo che in foto, super accessoriato, non manca veramente nulla. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare a trovarlo e mangiare un altro gelato in sua compagnia facendoci raccontare la sua meravigliosa vita. 5 stelle. !

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane nell'appartamento. Giorgio ci ha accolti facendoci sentire subito a casa ed è sempre stato presente e disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza, una perfetta guida per scoprire Cala Gonone e il suo territorio e una piacevole compagnia nei momenti condivisi. L'appartamento è in zona tranquilla e circondato da un bosco che mitiga anche le temperature più calde; pulito, con un ampio spazio esterno dove rilassarsi, mangiare e anche volendo fare una grigliata; ben arredato e con tutto il necessario (stoviglie, tovaglie, saponi...) è come se fosse nuovo. Assolutamente consigliato. Speriamo di avere in futuro l'occasione per tornarci.

L’appartamento è esattamente come descritto nell’annuncio, lo spazio esterno forse anche meglio di come ce lo aspettavamo. La casa è pulitissima e accessoriata con tutto quello che può servire per una vacanza comoda e rilassante. Giorgio è un padrone di casa gentile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti, sempre presente in caso di necessità e molto disponibile. Il mare è raggiungibile con pochi minuti di auto e nel periodo del nostro soggiorno si trovava parcheggio a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Consigliatissimo!!!

Saubere Unterkunft, alle erdenklichen Geräte in der Küche vorhanden, sehr herzlicher Vermieter, der uns mit Leckereien verwöhnt hat, liebevoll gepflegter Garten, zum Strand zu Fuß 10 Minuten, ruhige Umgebung, zu Fuß ins Zentrum in 25 Minuten, mit dem Auto nicht der Rede wert. Jederzeit wieder 😃

We stayed here for 9 days and absolutely loved the accommodation. Giorgio is an excellent host - warm, friendly and always helpful. Meeting him really enhanced our experience of Sardinia. The apartment provided everything we needed for our stay and is located on the edge of a beautiful forest area, with walking trails right from the gate. The terrace garden is so peaceful, providing a lovely space to enjoy morning coffees or al fresco dinners. We would absolutely stay again.
