ELEGANT HOLIDAY HOUSE of new construction in small residential complex in quiet area of Cala Gonone; located on the first floor, it consists of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed with access to beautiful veranda furnished with table, chairs and sofa, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, second double bedroom and second bathroom.
For large groups, with access from outside there is a bright basement area with kitchenette, sofa bed and further bathroom.

Because of its location, it is the ideal holiday home for those who want a quiet stay, yet convenient to the beach of Palmasera, about 800 metres away; for lovers of the beautiful sea, you will be spoilt for choice with a different beach in the Gulf of Orosei to enjoy every day: Cala Luna, Cala Sisine, Cala Goloritze just to name a few!
