WIDE FOUR-ROOM APARTMENT, located in the residential and panoramic area of Cala Gonone. With access to the ground floor, it consists of large living area with kitchenette, double bedroom, second bedroom with four beds and bathroom; going down the stairs you reach a cool basement area where there is another double bedroom and the second bathroom. The property is completed by a veranda furnished with table and chairs, a large courtyard where children can play in peace and quiet, and free parking facilities near the house. Present: TV, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
Due to its composition, it is the ideal holiday home for two families or groups of friends, while, due to its location, it is ideal for those who wish to have a peaceful stay, however convenient to the beach of Palmasera, about 1,300 metres away; for those who love the beautiful sea, you will be spoilt for choice with a different beach in the Gulf of Orosei to enjoy every day: Cala Luna, Cala Sisine, Cala Goloritze just to name a few!
