The balcony exterior is all in terrible condition and the entire hotel requires painting, New carpet & complete updating. Upon entry to the hotel we were greeted by a very rude arrogant man - who seemed overwhelmed and very unpleasant. He had shocking demeanour and was very unprofessional. We also experienced very rude staff at breakfast. "
