Our holiday home "Spiti Louloudia" in Greece was built in 2002 and is surrounded by flower beds and oleander hedges. With a living/dining/kitchen unit and 2 bedrooms with a shared shower/WC/bathroom and washing machine, it offers a high to luxurious standard of living for 4 - 5 people on approx. 70 square metres of living space. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and aluminium windows and doors with fly screens.
Experience Greece originally and "barrier-free", the Sergoulians are German-friendly, kind to strangers and helpful. Our German-speaking neighbour and philosopher Janis will help you in case of need (motor breakdowns, procurement requests, illness, etc.). You can also learn Greek from him. Crime (burglary, theft, assault, etc.) is practically unknown in Sergoula. You can feel absolutely safe here!
For a relaxing holiday we offer privately and under German management a total of three individual holiday homes in Greece 200 m from the crystal clear sea, to rent individually for couples or families (2-4, 4-5 or 6 pers.).
If you want to experience "pure Greece" and enjoy genuine Greek hospitality and culture, then we have just the thing for you, your family and/or friends in one of the most beautiful locations on the mainland side of the Gulf of Corinth. Our three comfortable holiday homes are situated in a quiet, prime location on the outskirts of the village of Paralia Sergoulas in 1200 square metres of well-tended, flowering gardens. They are surrounded by cypresses, plane trees and mighty eucalyptus trees and are integrated into a terraced area that offers numerous places to relax. Whether just the two of you, a large family or a group of friends (up to 14/15 people) - you can feel at home here without disturbing each other.
In the "master bedroom" with air conditioning there is a comfortable wrought-iron double bed, in the so-called "children's room" 2 brick-built beds. Built-in wardrobes. Both bedrooms have access via sliding doors (with fly screens) to the well-kept, wind-protected terrace area between the river and the house.
In the living room you will find an open fireplace for cooler evenings (wood available) and a large, brick bench (can be used as additional sleeping accommodation). Dining area for 5 - 6 people. From the living room you also have access to a pergola sheltered from the wind and views with a cosy seating area for 5 - 6 people and a retractable awning over a canopy of wild vines. There is an air conditioning unit in the living/dining room, which can be heated in winter.
Well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. Brick barbecue area in front of the kitchen. Crockery available for approx. 10 people, as well as plenty of bed linen and towels (except beach towels).
But if you just want to relax, you can loll on the beautiful pebble beach, enjoy the crystal-clear sea water, sit down in one of the numerous tavernas or explore the fascinating nature in the mountainous hinterland with its uniquely beautiful and refreshing springs and take in the intoxicating views of the sea and the Peloponnese mountains opposite. Experience Greece at its best, learn the Greek calendar (i.e. forget about time!) and spend relaxing days with yourself, your family or your friends.
Donkey rides in the mountains (a special experience for children) or a short language course as an introduction to the Greek language can also be organised on request.
From Paralia Sergoulas you can organise day trips to some of the most famous sites in Greek history: Whether Delphi, Olympia, Ancient Corinth, Mycenae or Epidaurus - you can travel back in time to the Greek past in just a few hours. And Athens with the Acropolis, the National Museum and the lively Plaka is also within easy reach.
