"Excellent hot breakfast, old building but modernized, cost very reasonable, very helpful management was able to have some English speaking channels added to my tv, wow. There’s a restaurant on site as well. Being right next to the train station is a big plus, but trains are infrequent and there’s no elevator or escalator. And no direct service to the airport or to Milan. There’s not much to see in the town itself but it’s very close to Arona by train (four minutes). From Arona you can get...

Omg! What a most fantastic fabulous place this is! We LOVED the house, it was beautiful, large areas, A/C was perfect, sofas were so comfortable we both fell asleep wondering if we really had to move to the bed… bed is actually amazing. I could have spent my whole day sleeping 🙌☺️ Huge kitchen table and everything you need, yes espresso coffee machine, yes tv, yes wi-Fi, yes Amazing Hosts, yes huge balcony, yes hot water, yes beautiful view! I recently spent 9 nights at this lovely hotel and was absolutely thrilled with the decision to do so. The room was smaller, which wasn't a huge deal given that it was really just to sleep and shower in with maybe some down time in between. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted and given the key to my room, as well as advised of where it was located. My fiance handled most of the discussion as I do not speak Italian and did not expect the staff to speak English. On the second day, however, I...

I based my booking on the free airport shuttle. The hotel exceeded my expectations! We arrived by train. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from the train station. There's a short section walking along a busy road (no sidewalk, but a trail), but an easy walk. The hotel room was basic and clean. Comfotable bed, spacious bathroom, some rooms have balconies. There is an elevator. The staff is fabulous! I thought they really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We booked dinner...

This place is a gem. It is authentic to the Lake Orta area (near train station and a reasonable walk to the lake), but it is also welcoming to visitors from around the world. Nice family vibe but also would be good for a couple. The restaurant next door served a perfectly memorable dinner, and they also provided a delightful picnic lunch. Breakfast is regional--farm fresh. The room is modern, simple, clean. We would love to return.
