Unfortunately, though, I hadn't taken into consideration that, being a town house, there would be a lot of stairs with an open balustrade which was an issue for my partner who suffers from a form of vertigo but, after explaining the situation to Rachel, Sian dealt with it quickly by putting us in a room on a lower floor. "The Woodstock arms is a warm and welcoming pub. The room was cramped with al Most no space at all to unpack a smallł case. But we managed. The bed was comfortable. Shower not great. The room could do with a paint job and the shower took a long time to get warm. Tea making facilities were good. Breakfast is fine if you’re a meat and eggs eater.
