"It was a good experience, close to the train station, free parking outside (if available). At breakfast, the staff were a little annoyed when we asked for an omelet. The air conditioning never worked; we asked for fans, but they weren't brought to our rooms."

"I had an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable stay at this hotel. The room was very dirty, poorly maintained, and did not feel hygienic or suitable for guests. Cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt unsafe and inappropriate.
I also had a very negative interaction with the manager, Kemal, who was rude and unprofessional when concerns were raised. Instead of helping or taking responsibility, the response made the situation feel...
