"Wow, we stayed in the glass house on the 7th floor (superior room) and what an experience. The view was stunning, room spacious with lovely comfy bed. We didn’t use the spa but were able to see it and we will definitely come again to use the spa too, it is not classed as wellness hotel but has so much better spa than any other spa hotel I have seen. Only open few hours in evening though. Breakfast was lovely and the lady at the reception was so helpful. I booked the room last minute as Innsbruck town centre was fully booked and I am pleased it was as no way we would stay in such a lovely hotel otherwise. "

"Lots of attractions for kids, rooms a bit small, but ok. Staff very friendly. Close to mountains and next to cable car 🚡. Lots of free parking spaces. Hotel offers free access to local transport links like busses or trains to Innsbruck, so you can leave the car in the hotel and travel by train to Innsbruck. Inside the hotel there's also train tunnel museum which is interesting and free. Food was quite nice too. Would recommend. "

"Staff were very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, they could not do enough to help us and make sure our stay was as smooth as possible. Spa facilities were great, lots of options and not too overcrowded. At the beginning of our stay we were given a list of all the activities put on by the hotel that week which was a nice touch. Dinner was incredible, great flavours and well thought out presentation. Breakfast was also great with a huge selection, including the option to make your own juices! Overall we had such a lovely stay and would definitely come back again! "
