"A lovely and tranquil property. It is located in a park, surrounded by a river. The staff is very nice, as are the rooms. They have an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a sauna. The breakfast is excellent in a nice atmosphere. There are about 16 or so parking spots next to the hotel, but a parking lot just over a walking bridge which is close by. "

Would have been a great stay if mother nature had not destroyed so much. Was fully refunded with no questions asked and very quickly. No small face cloths. Bed was hard. Breakfast was standard but not outstanding. Good aspects: clean room. Fast internet. 2 free bottles of water. "

"This hotel is an oasis of calm and tranquillity. Rooms are bright and in good condition. The bed was comfortable and it was a pleasure to wake up to warm sunlight from the Juliet balcony. The location is great, with easy walking access to several restaurants in town. The staff are a credit to their organisation and helped with advice when asked. The provided information about driving tours of the area, all of which proved fascinating. We particulary recommend visiting Monsanto, Coimbra, Tomar and the Schist Villages."
