"Adda", 5-room semi-detached house 105 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Tasteful furnishings: living/dining room 15 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room 10 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 100 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 8 m2 with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen 7 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room 19 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 100 cm, length 200 cm). Walk-through room 9 m2 with 1 sofabed (110 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). Bath/WC. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. The windows on the ground floor level have external blinds. The bathroom on the ground floor has underfloor heating.

Leider nicht komplett umzäunt. Nur durch Hecke getrennt. Diverse kleine Baustellen im Haus. Sehr steile Treppe ins OG. Bettwäsche sehr einfach, waren auch nicht bezogen. Daher reicht es nur zu einer durchschnittlichen Bewertung.

Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung, alles was man braucht steht zur Verfügung. Die in Bewertungen aus dem vergangenen Jahr bemängelten Matratzen wurden erneuert und wir haben alle sehr gut geschlafen. Es stehen Gartenmöbel und Grill zur Verfügung. Alles in Allem ein toller Urlaub

Frau K. ist eine sehr nette freundliche Vermieterin.Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet.Ein ganz kleiner Minuspunkt sind die Betten, sie sagte aber, dem Problem wird Abhilfe geschaffen.Wir haben uns rund um zufrieden gefühlt und werden wieder kommen.Man kann sehr gut entspannen und die Gegend erkundigen.Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und hatten viel Platz.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Ferienhaus hat eine komplett ausgestattete Küche und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt wenn man Selbstversorger ist. Das wirklich einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben sind die Matratzen sowie die Roste in der unteren Etage.Diese gehören komplett erneuert.Das Highlight für uns war der tolle eingezäumte Garten, ideal für unseren Hund.

Ferienhaus Adda Neßmersiel

Leider ist dieses Ferienhaus keine schöne Unterkunft. Sehr veraltete Schlafzimmer, schlechte Matratzen, auch da Bettzeug einschließlich Bettwäsche hatte man den Eindruck man ist den siebziger Jahren auch die Handtücher ziemlich alt. Dachfenster im Bad,Terrassentür defekt trotz schneller Hilfe von Frau K. konnte keine Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Der Garten ist auch nicht komplett eingezäunt unser großer Berner ist gleich am ersten Tag ausgebüchst. Das Haus ist definitiv zu klein.

Gute Unterkunft

Wir wurden sehr nett bei der Schlüsselübergabe begrüßt. Leider war die Gegend um das Haus sehr schlecht beleuchtet. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen in den Doppelbetten waren für unseren Rücken nicht gut. Es wäre gut, wenn unter den Essstühlen Möbelgleiter wären wegen der Geräuschkulisse. In der Küche würde ich die Anschläge wechseln, dann wäre die Nutzung praktischer.

für ein paar Tage O.K.

Für mehr als 4 Personen würde ich sie nicht empfehlen, da sie einfach zu eng geschnitten ist. Die Waschmaschine ist für 3 Kleidungsstücke gemacht. Die Betten waren leider durchgelegen und in Sachen Hygiene und Sauberkeit würde ich die Putzfeen nochmal schulen. Aber für ein paar Tage war es in Ordnung.

Ein sehr schönes, großzügiges Haus welches gepflegt und sehr sauber war. Alle Zimmer sind großzügig gebaut und im Haus ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Auch die schöne Terrasse hat zum täglichen Frühstück im Freien eingeladen. Wir können das Haus gerne weiterempfehlen.

Guter Ort zur Erholung

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der 1. Stock bietet einen eigenen 2 Bett Schlafbereich mit Bad und kleinem Aufenthaltsbereich, so dass auch ältere Kinder einen netten Rückzugsraum haben. Für einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub sehr empfehlenswert.

Schönes Ferienhaus in einer Ferienhaussiedlung. Ruhig gelegen, aber nicht abseits. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Uns hat auch der nicht einsehbare Garten gut gefallen. In der Küche findet sich alles, was man braucht (und mehr). Fußläufig sind mehrere Restaurants und Bäcker erreichbar. Empfehlenswert sind XXX XXX und der Pizza-Wagen von XXX.

schön, groß und alles da.....

Wir haben in dieser super, schönen Wohnung drei Wochen verbracht. + sehr gut geeignet für 2 Familien (unten: Schlafzimmer + Bad, oben: Schlafzimmer mit Bad) + Küche mit sehr vielen Gegenständen (Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine, viele Schüsseln, viel Geschirr usw. + Terrasse mit ausreichenden Sitzgelegenheiten (mehr als 8 Stühle), auch ein Grill ist vorhanden + kleine Waschmaschine + Spiele für Kinder (Brettspiele usw.) + Bäcker und Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar (5 min) + Restaurants, Spielplätze, Fahrradverleih fußläufig (5-10 min) + W-LAN vorhanden --------------- - oberes Bad mit Badewanne, das Bad ist recht klein und stehen kann man in der Badewanne nicht, aber es ist durchaus machbar - Zum Wasser (Strand) muss man mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad fahren - Wohnung war leider bei Ankunft sehr schlecht geputzt, Wohnung ist aber sonst in einem sehr guten Zustand - steile Treppe im Haus (für Kinder unter 3 Jahren nicht optimal (sollten dann unten wohnen) - Schlüssel und Bettwäsche muss im Nachbarort (15km) abgeholt werden
