"Adda", 5-room semi-detached house 105 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Tasteful furnishings: living/dining room 15 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room 10 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 100 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 8 m2 with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen 7 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room 19 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 100 cm, length 200 cm). Walk-through room 9 m2 with 1 sofabed (110 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). Bath/WC. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. The windows on the ground floor level have external blinds. The bathroom on the ground floor has underfloor heating.
