🌿 Fully fenced, fully relaxing:
A 1-meter-high chain-link fence not only keeps your dog from running away but also gives you true peace of mind. A lockable gate, a well-maintained lawn, and a south-facing terrace sheltered from the wind, complete with a table, umbrella, grill, garden chairs, and lounge chairs—this is your outdoor living room for the whole family.

🚲 A 6-minute bike ride to the beach, 0 minutes to relaxation.
Whether it’s a mudflat hike, building sandcastles, collecting seashells, or simply breathing in the sea air—here you’re right in the middle of that vacation feeling.


🏡 The house? A true favorite temporary home.
Our newly renovated (2024/2025) townhouse offers plenty of space—about 75 m²—for up to 4 people and a baby. Spread over two floors, you’ll find:

a light-filled living-dining room with direct access to the patio,

a new, well-equipped kitchen with everything a cook could want (plenty of dishes, large pots, baking dishes, coffee maker + Senseo, kettle, dishwasher, stove with ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, and toaster)

a guest restroom on the first floor,

two cozy bedrooms upstairs (one with a double bed and TV, one with two single beds—which can be pushed together),

a bright, natural-light bathroom with a toilet, shower, hair dryer, and washing machine.

Upon request, bed linens and towels are provided for a fee of 22.50 EUR per person.

🖼️ During the renovation, we not only painted the walls but also hung nautical-themed artwork, added new lamps and curtains, and revamped many charming details. A small, quiet workspace with a desk and an ergonomic chair is also available—just in case you need to quickly check your emails.

🦟 And to ensure you sleep well at night: the bedroom windows are equipped with fly screens.

🚲 For everyone who loves the outdoors:
The property covers approximately 220 m², is fully fenced, and is quietly located in a well-maintained vacation home community behind the dike. You can safely store your bicycles in the garden shed, and in the small storage room next to the patio, you’ll find a grill, a clothes rack, and patio furniture.

🐶 Your four-legged friends are also welcome!
Up to three dogs can stay at no extra charge—only the final cleaning fee increases by 15 €. Just let us know when booking that you’ll be traveling with a pet. Bowls are available on-site.

👶 Traveling with a child?
A travel crib and a high chair are available free of charge—please just let us know in advance.

🧾 Note on the visitor’s tax:
The visitor’s tax must be paid in advance; guest cards are issued digitally:

High season: March 15 – October 31
Adults (16 and older) 3.40 EUR per day / Children (ages 3–15) 2.10 EUR per day

Other times
Adults (ages 16 and up) 1.70 EUR per day / Children (ages 3–15) 1.00 EUR per day
