"Die Wohnung an sich ist ok, aber dringend renovierungsbedĂŒrftig, z.B. fleckiger Teppichboden. Unangenehmer Geruch in der gesamten Wohnung. Ausserdem waren etliche Spinnen in den Zimmerecken und Spinn- und Staubweben an den Decken/WĂ€nden. Zum Teil waren die GerĂ€te/Steckdosenleisten eingestaubt. Wir wĂŒrden die Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen."

"Nach Austausch des TV: Wohnzimmer super; alles in Ordnung.
Veranda toll; grosses Plus.
KĂŒche und Bad sind nicht mehr zeitgemĂ€ss und sollten mal ĂŒberarbeitet werden.
Das nötigste:
Der KĂŒhlschrank zieht Wasser; wahrscheinlich ist die Dichtung nicht mehr in Ordnung. Ein Neuer wĂ€re angebracht.
Die TĂŒre des Backofens hĂ€ngt manchmal an der Wand ein. Einbaumöbel zu wackelig.
Badlicht duster; neue Lampe wÀre schön.
