Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt von Anfang an. Besonders das Bad hatte es uns angetan. Getrennte Matratzen und Zudecken hätten uns besser gepasst doch es ging gut, kein Streit und kein Kampf. Gut fand ich auch, dass nur auf Wunsch Handtuchwechsel bzw Reinigung erfolgen. Viel Zeit fürs Frühstück kam uns sehr gelegen:)

Bei der Bezahlung würde meine Kreditkarte und EC Karte gleichzeitig belastet. Somit habe ich doppelt bezahlt. Es hieß, daß die Kreditkarte rüchvergütet wird. Es bleibt abzuwarten.

Das Hotel überzeugte uns durch ein außerordentlich freundliches Personal, das sich aufmerksam um uns gekümmert hat. Besonders die sichere Abstellmöglichkeit für eBikes mit integrierter Ladeoption hat uns begeistert – so fühlt man sich direkt gut aufgehoben und weiß die Fahrräder bestens geschützt. Unser Zimmer war sauber, ruhig (Rückseite) und modern eingerichtet, sodass wir nach einem langen Tag auf dem Rad entspannt abschalten konnten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfassend und reichhaltig. Insgesamt eineTop-Unterkunft mit hervorragendem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – absolut empfehlenswert!

Great hotel beside the Phoenixsee. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice and is included in the price. Good transport links to Dortmund and other surrounding areas. Special mention should go to the staff who were wonderful. Courteous, helpful, efficient and always with a smile.

Wir sind sehr nett empfangen worden , das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet , sehr sauber . Unser Zimmer ging zum Hof , so dass wir nachts das Fenster offen lassen konnten , das war sehr schön . Es sind nur knapp 5 Minuten zum See , der abends wirklich eine nette Atmosphäre hat. Ansonsten ist Hörde wirklich ganz nett , hat uns wesentlich besser gefallen als der Stadtkern von Dortmund
