Generally a nice hotel with good staff. Its location is superb with great restaurants and the town centre so close . Only minor problem was they have irons with no ironing boards .

Wonderful last minute find

What an amazing hotel. It is beautiful inside and out. Great customer service. Wonderfully large rooms and spacious bathrooms. Good range of hanging space. Would highly recommend you book at this hotel.

Was in a good location and the staff were helpful. Rooms were a bit outdated and the rooms were very hot, along with all 6 pillows in the room being poor. Overall a good experience and decent quality place for the price.

The hotel is large and can accommodate a big group. The room was adequate and comfortable. Occasional noise coming from the street and the smell of pedestrians’ cigarette smoke. The front desk was friendly. Overall, the hotel looks old and feels old but is adequate for a couple of days stay.

部屋は広く、清潔で少し過ごしやすかった。 ただ、タオルの交換がない日があり、その点は少し残念だった。Rooms were spacious, clean and a little more comfortable. However, there were days when the towels were not changed, which was a little disappointing.

Booked this property due to its proximity to Dortmund HBF. Great hotel for our needs, could benfit with air conditioning in the bedrooms, however i belive a refit is being undertaken. Massive bedroom, clean bathroom and excellent breakfast. Dortmund city centre is quite litrally across the road, so a great location for exploring the centre. This hotel is located on a very busy intersection (inner ring road) so please be aware when booking. Also 30 minute walk away from the Dortmund stadium!

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff. Worth all the money. We booked the cheapest room and got a luxurious room. There is no difference between Hotel Unique and Excelsior, apart from the color of the carpet - so it is exactly the same reception and hotel.

The room, bar and staff were all wonderful! The only issue i had was that the room was never cleaned so no fresh towels or toilet roll or bin emptied. Had to ask reception 3 times. Other than that it was good.

Room was delayed and they moved to other room for night and complimentary breakfast to apologise. So was all fine. Room, location, food and staff were all excellent. Lower score as didn’t tell us about working going on at hotel so early morning and late banging which did disrupt sleep and some of the comfort for the trip.
