It was a pretty nice and big room. Some things weren’t cleaned that properly as you hope but in general really nice!

Die Zimmer schienen auf den Bildern sehr modern und neu. Aber bei Ankunft im Zimmer war schon vieles sehr abgenutzt. Das Leder am Stuhl ganz weit gerissen und am Bett auch. Die Wände schienen auch total abgenutzt. Der Service war gut. Die betten waren bequem. Es gab keine Klimaanlage. Mit offenem Fenster konnte man aber wegen dem Lärm draußen kaum schlafen.

Can't review the property, as I was sent an email stating I was moved to a different hotel that was much further from the train station. Still trying to sort out a reimbursement for the taxi. Have asked several times. It would have been better to be given the option for me to find an alternative hotel if I was not happy with the location.

Man checkt in einem anderen Gebäude ein als man untergebracht ist. Auf Anfrage wo die andere Unterkunft liegt, geben es die Mitarbeiter nur mit Handzeichen bekannt, aber geben keine Adresse raus, damit man wohl nicht direkt merkt, dass man direkt neben dem Drogenmileu untergebracht ist

Das Hotel war schwer zu finden, da noch der alte Hotelname überall stand. In unserem Zimmer war Teppich verlegt, in den 5 Tagen die wir da waren, hätte ich es gut gefunden, wenn mal gesaugt worden wäre. Handtücher wurden zwar rausgenommen, jedoch nicht immer neue hingelegt genauso auch beim Toilettenpapier. Beim Nachfragen an der Rezeption haben wir jedoch alles nachgereicht bekommen und eine Flasche Wasser gratis als Entschädigung erhalten. Rezeptions- und Frühstückspersonal war immer freundlich. Frühstück war super, ich hab nur leckeren Speck vermisst.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber, das Personal freundlich. Ich war jetzt zum 4. Mal dort. Die Lage ist perfekt, um in Dortmund etwas zu unternehmen. Nah am Bahnhof, aber auch weit genug weg, ohne Zuglärm. Direkt in der Innenstadt gelegen. Viele Zimmer sind renoviert, ich hatte diesmal eines, das noch auf die Renovierung wartet. An der Rezeption sagte man mir, dass auch für diese Zimmer z.B. neue Sessel bestellt sind.

Der Check-in ist in einem Nebengebäude, man muss dann nochmal ein kleines Stück laufen. Vom Bahnhof aus super zu erreichen, sehr zentral gelegen. Schöne Zimmer.
