"Que me dijeron que no había habitaciones pero les indique que ya tenia pagado en expedia me dieron la habitación a las 7y30 pm de la noche .al final me solucionaron y todo quedo arreglado"

"This hotel was a 5 star caliber. The outdoor pool, the sauna, and Turkish bath were amazing. The staff were superb, attentive to every detail, very respectful, and accommodating to make us feel like we're at home. Rooms are very cleaned and confortable. The food was delicious and the restaurant staff very attentive to our food needs. We will definitely stay here every time we come to Cuenca."

"Directly in Cuenca el centere. Perfect for walking. Go to the street vendors and grab some authentic Ecuadorian street food in the evening. Very friendly staff. Building was well kept and clean though a bit noisy. Beautiful old hardwood floors announced every visitor. There is on-site parking for about $4 overnight. A lovely light breakfast was provided"
