This was an extremely comfortable high class boutique hotel, centrally placed to all of the major attractions of Venice with a wonderful and very helpful staff. It was definitely a major highlight of our wonderful visit to this city

The hotel is superbly located with plenty of restaurants nearby. Rialto & San Marco are short walks away.
Staff were very pleasant (with one exception).
Breakfast was excellent with continental and limited hot choices. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable.
The only downside is that the air cond system is out of order, awaiting parts (May ‘25). Our room on the second floor was never below 24C. With daytime temperatures set to rise, this could be a real problem. The hotel supplied a room fan which did little good. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon.
A male receptionist couldn’t have cared less about the lack of AC but everyone else were very kind and understanding. Retraining needed for him, maybe?
